My mother has rheumatoid arthritis.

I have discovered that Vitamin C helps with pain as well. It is filled with

the B vitamins.

Most vitamin C is synthetic. The body does not produce vitamin C and must be

ingested. Synthetic vitamin C (ascorbic acid) does not offer the full profile of

naturally occurring minerals and amino acids. I have also found that most

vitamin C suppliments use drying agents, preservatives, fillers, corn, yucca,

sugar, salt, yeast, dairy products, gluten synthetic ascorbic acid, colorings

and other additives.

My mother will be using Camu Camu which has 30 times more Vitamin C than an

orange, it also has 10 times more iron, thre times more niacin, twice as much

riboflavin, and 50% more phosphorus.

Pure Camu is 1000 mgs of 100% pure Camu per Fresh pack. Thats it. I am going

to suggest that my mother take one of these fresh packs two or three times a

day. I will keep you all posted on how well she responds.

I am going to ask her to try the oil pulling. Which may also help with her

shingles, but will wait to see how the Pure Camu works.

Thank you all Susan Norgren

I have rheumatiod arthritis. I was diagnosed in 2005, and have been

battling it ever since. I read in Readers Digest that Vitamins K and

D are both benificial in the reduction of pain. I tried it, and lo

and behold it does work. Not only has it aided in relief but has

actually regained the strength in my hands and knees. I also read

that Ginger and Olive oil help, so try to incorporate those

ingredients into your cooking. Can't hurt.
