Guest guest
i found that a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water once a day on an empty stomach, will change your acid condition, try it for a week SMetin wrote: I have high URIC ASID in my blood, does anybody know what can I do for it? Guest guest
Dear Serap, Sai Ram. Pronounced as Saayee Raam, it is a greeting, a mantra and also a blessing for you. How did you find that you have higher levels of uric acid in your blood? Did you have symptoms of gout? Are you eating too much protein? If drinking the baking soda doesn't help you, there are homeopathic medicines which will help you. Are there any other health conditions? Guest guest
Thank you for your respond, my uric acid has always been high and I found out in a funny way. I do energy healing which is called Kalimasada, it is Indonesian origin, I also do Reikie, Art of Leaving, Signature cell healing, etc. I was in Indonesia last year and Kalimasada Grand master told me that my uric acid is very high just by looking and checking my energy, and gave me his energized water. When I came to States I have forgotten about it because I did not have any symptoms, two monts later I went to check up and blood test showed that my uric acid was very high 9.3. I do not want to take medication but I like to try some herbal staff to lower it. Yes I do protein diet to loose wait also and I know it does not help to uric acid problem but protein diet is the best I can do at the moment. If you know what else I can do about uric acid problem please let me know. Thanks. Serap
Guest guest
Drinking alcohol contributes to this to a large degree so you should stay away from it. Also red meats and seafood as well as meat by products made from the entrals of animals such as potted meat, hot dogs, and that kind of thing contain large amounts of uric acid. You also need to avoid taking the vitiman B3 (niacin). Aspirin can also raise your the levels of uric acid in your blood and cause gout to become more severe. You may also be able to help by drinking large amounts of water, this may help flush it through the kidneys and prevent a kidney stone that is sometimes caused by this condition and the build up due to concentration of uric acid in the kidneys. Some people eat cherries for gout relief. I am not sure how well it works but would probably be worth a try. , SMetin wrote: > > I have high URIC ASID in my blood, does anybody know what can I do for it? > Thnaks. > > Serap > > >

Guest guest
I would consider taking a liver detox supplement because the liver cleans your blood, maybe that could help. Also, chlorophyl is a blood cleanser it can be found in alfalfa supplements. I can reccomend some high quality supplements to take if you are interested, email me. , " asims1956 " <asims1956 wrote: > > Drinking alcohol contributes to this to a large degree so you should > stay away from it. Guest guest
---If you're serious about a liver cleanse,,or any other cleanse,,,please strenghten your liver for a week before tyou do any type of cleanse as everything passes through the liver and causes it to work " overtime " .
