Eat more fruits and vegetables..

 

Apples - Rich in vitamins and minerals. Especially good for

maintaining skin, hair and fingernails.

 

Bananas - A good source of potassium that helps beat fatigue and

muscle weakness.

 

Broccoli - A cruciferous vegetable containing substances known to

help reduce and prevent certain cancerous tumours.

 

Carrots - A good source of fibre, potassium and vitamin A, helping to

improve eyesight, fight infections and keep skin and hair healthy.

 

Celery - High in organic sodium, celery is essential to the proper

functioning of all major body systems. Celery has a calming effect on

the body, allowing for easier sleep. It is also rich in Vitamin C and

Potassium.

 

Coconuts - Rich in manganese, a mineral important for healthy skin,

hair and fingernails.
