Guest guest
Msm works very well for arthritus. So does dmso but it has a smell similar to garlic so most people use the msm instead but I like the dmso better. You can get MSM at walmart and any health food store as well as many drug stores. In taking it: For MSM, take 6000 Mg a day for 5 days then drop down to 3000 mg per day. One dosage will do no godd, the effects are cumlative and usually takes 3 to 5 days to see results. This works over the entire body and is a powerful anti-inflamtory as well as a pain reliever. I have been using this well over 5 years. Dmso is the liquid form of this and gives very quick results, usually in about 30 minutes and often works when other medications wont. You can also use both of these at the same time, that is usually the best alternative if you have really bad pain. Dmso goes through the skin, if you put it on your foot you can smell it on your breath in 3 to 4 minutes so it is a very powerful penetrant and goes deeply into the joints and stops inflamation by binding with the free radicals that cause the inflamation. Is has been researched since the 1960's and is considered to be safe and non toxic. I suggest you get the gel form. If you get the liquid you need to dilute it with water to about 50 percent because the pusre dmso can irritate the skin if applied numerous times but does not do this if you dilute it to 50 percent. Both of these work very well and are a cheap alternative. Let me give you a little pep story to show you what is possible. When I took my Reflexology training one of my fellow students was a retired public health nurse who had been diagnosed with RA. She had run the gamut of doctors for a few years to no avail. She was told to live on pain killers and prepare for life in a wheelchair. At that point she decided she had nothing to lose and she might as well check out this crazy natural health stuff. She figured out her allergies and food sensitivities and changed her diet. She also had some Reflexology. When I met her she was in her sixties. She was fully mobile, vibrant, and about to become a Reflexologist, So don't you dare to give up yet! Start by investigating Leaky Gut, and enzymes. http://enzymestuff.com Healing Leaky Gut and taking enzymes can make a huge difference in any auto-immune condition. For pain relief, there are many good natural products, and different things work for different people. I'd be glad to send you a sample of a formula called Recovazon. It has done magically for some people, yet other people don't seem to notice much. Go figure.
