Guest guest
For help with the pain of gout, take 5 to 6 capsules of cherry extract a day. Maybe eating unsweetened or raw cherries will help, too. Jean
Guest guest
I don't remember the source but I found information that tart cherry juice (or capsules) is the best form for Gout and arthritis. It works for me (but the juice will make you pucker until you get used to it!) Stan Crane 1-303-360-0100 stancrane www.TeamGlyco.com

Guest guest
someone asked Is it the minerals in cherries that helps? Or? ejg It is the cherries in cherries that help. When you deal with a whole plant you have a lot of factors that all have an effect and they work together. We often know THAT something works before science can take it apart and figure out HOW it works.
