I don't remember the source but I found information that tart cherry juice

(or capsules) is the best form for Gout and arthritis. It works for me

(but the juice will make you pucker until you get used to it!)

Is it the minerals in cherries that helps?

Or?

For help with the pain of gout, take

5 to 6 capsules of cherry extract a day.

Maybe eating unsweetened or raw cherries will help, too.

It is the cherries in cherries that help.

When you deal with a whole plant you

have a lot of factors that all have

an effect and they work together.

We often know THAT something works

before science can take it apart and

figure out HOW it works.
