milk for stomach ulcers (was] cabbage juice)

Hi,

I was also told by my doctor to avoid the all the dairy products.

Because it slows down the stomach and stomach takes time to digest these

products. So definitely milk is not a good thing for ulcer.

Milk, in some people, tends to cause mucus which clogs digestion. Some

others do quite welll with it.

what about dairy milk alternatives- i love rice and soymilks, and i

can easily live without cheese...
