Guest guest
I have been reading all the posts and I wanted to post- I am having a huge problem with my sinuses. I work in a nursury school with little children. The past few weeks everyone has been sick with a cold. We have had more runny noses than I want to think about. Well- I caught their cold- I cannot get rid of the congestion in my sinuses. I use on a regular basis- colon cleanse- I also take a packet of multi vitamins- I use euclptyss oil when I sleep for some relief in the evening. I read it helps keep the air ways open. I have tried nasal sprays- I have tried neti pot- I have tried regular nasal sprays with just saline solution. I cannot breathe! I sleep with the window slightly open for fresh air- I have steam heat- I do Yoga 2 x's a week and cannot do the Ujaha breathe and it is extremely difficult to breathe thru my nose- but I try anyways and then breathe thru my mouth- but that dries out my mouth. When I wake up in the morning- I have little bit of a voice. This has been going on for three weeks now- I am not fond of milk products- so my dairy is limited- my next step is to start a food journal and to completely do a toxic cleanse to see what I could possibly be allergic too?? I don't know- I am going out of my mind. To boot- I am grinding my teeth because I can't breathe well, as well as clenching my teeth. I hope someone can help me! Guest guest
hi ellen- there is a new product on the market called sinus buster....someone else had posted it...not sure if it was on this group or on another....anyway...it is completely homeopathic and worth a try if you an find it....it can purchased on-line if you can't find it locally....there are a few different formulas....i bought it but haven't needed to use it just yet, so i can't attest to it's effectiveness.... as far as the grinding...i am a master tooth gnasher...i would highly recommend seeing your dentist and getting a TMJ appliance....this thing is my best friend at times...i am prone to migraines and sinus maladies and i have seen a huge difference since getting it last year....never mind the fact that i have flat tooth surfaces! sounds like you are doing everything right...i would also consider taking airborne....and drinking your weight in water!!!!!!! good luck here's the link for sinus buster http://www.sinusbuster.com/?gclid=CJXAj__9kYkCFRZXFQodPDe0_w best- alison , Ellen Schueler Wenz <hushpup wrote: > > I have been reading all the posts and I wanted to post- > > I am having a huge problem with my sinuses. Guest guest
Amen to the water! I have cured myself of bladder infections by drinking huge amounts. I also have had a cold for the past week, and notice that when I haven't had much water (maybe only 33 oz or so by the afternoon) my symptoms get slightly worse. I drink some water and tea and the symptoms lessen. I have a feeling that's part of the reason we feel worse in the morning-we haven't had liquids in 8 hours or so- Check out the all-new Mail beta - Fire up a more powerful email and get things done faster. Guest guest
Hi, We used to have a yoga teacher in our school..Sinusitis is congestion of vessels in nasal passages and trachea.. One possible solution is to have a steam bowl followed by inserting a small tread made out of white cotton cloth by threading it out and then inserting into the moth and then to the nose.. You also can get admitted to a clinic and have all the musuc removed by using a suction machine and tubes..Further in case you want to clean your stomach you can clean it by putting a soft threaded cotton cloth into your mouth and the removing it.. I am not sure of all these.. My school e-mail is bvm_elmk <bvm_elmk You can contact drsandeepvarma <drsandeepvarma my class fellow.. Guest guest
Ellen, Here are a few tips, and a free offer at the end. All are worth a try and harmless. Remember different things work for different people. The old Honey/Lemon /Cayenne standby. Lemon juice, honey, hot water, as much cayenne as you can stand. Cayenne makes everything run. Sleeping with an onion. It worked for a friend who tried it, though she reported it did not do much for her sex life. Cut an onion in half, put a half on both sides of your pillow, cut side up. Acupressure. See the excellent book " Acupressure's Potent Points " by Michael J. Gach has tips. Buy, borrow or steal. Find the points on axuco.com The next one is my business, so if that is against your principles you can stop reading now. Ask me for a sample of Rainforest Treasure tea. It has helped some people with persistent sinus trouble. No obligation, no salesmen will call.
