Black Cohosh works very well for sciatica pain. I would recommend about 1-2

caps 3 x a day.Take magnesium for the spasms also 20 minute very warm baths

with Epsom Salts, follow directions on box helps a lot. Epsom Salts are

really magnesium that is absorbed through the skin. Magnesium helps muscles

expand

and contract without spasms. Epsom Salts can be bought at any drug store and

costs very little.

I hope this helps you out.

Peace, Thyme

Hi,

I have severe back problems but since I have started using a joint support

product my pain has been reduced greatly. It's an all natural supplement using

Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM. These ingredients increase lubrication, and

reduce many forms of pain and inflammatory conditions. Email me if anyone would

like more information.
