Guest guest
It all started 3 years ago i was pregnant and during the whole pregnancy i was so sick puking 10 times a day I ended up having these attacks which was labled gall bladder attacks i went to a surgeon he said it has to come out but not while im pregnant so he put me on a low fat diet as if i could eat anyway without puking but overall it did work because i didnt have any more problems. I ended up with pre eclampsia and then a failed induction at 40 weeks then they gave me a c-section. My health was normal but this surgeon kept insisting on taking my gall bladder and he told me it served no purpose so i let him do it (in my ignorance) anyway since then i gained 5 pounds a week until i stopped at the weight i weighed when i gave birth which is 50 pounds over my ideal weight for my height and frame. It's 2 years later and I have eliminated so much from my diet and I even been on and off with (walking) and i cant seem to take the weight off. Also I always have gas in my stomach where im belching alot and i have a foul smell that i thought was bad breath but my teeth are healthy so its not from my mouth but from my stomach. I was interested in cleaning out my body like a detox and also some advise on how to maintain good health to atleast get myself somewhat back to normal before i was pregnant. any kind of vitamins or minerals i saw in one post the guy recommended omega 3 dont know much about it. (I do not eat or drink soda fast foods not really into meat if i eat meat i adore chicken and turkey i prefer to eat veggies and salads and alot of my food is jordanian and palestinian cooking still eat some sweets replaced vegetable oil with olive oil and even tho im not diabetic i like sweeteners in my tea) - jessica
