Guest guest
I'll say - I have IBS and started increasing my intake of prunes - I began to feel wierd - not just intestinally - my heart felt funny - I looked at the nutritional content of the prunes on the package - do you know that each prune has 290 mg. of potassium! - and when you eat 15 of them or more in a day and drink juice and take suppliments - you've got a high intake of potassium going on - so I reduced that to a safe amount - it was just too much of a good thing! cj >>Is your son currently on any medications?
