Guest guest
Hello everyone, I truly enjoy this group. There is a lot of helpful information here. I was wandering if anyone could tell me if there is anything that I could take or do for a natural energy boost. I am a mother of a 5 month old. In addition, I seemed to be drained all the time. I had a c-section with him and a huge fibroid tumor removed after his birth. Six weeks later, I had my gallbladder removed, which was in terrible shape. Therefore, I am sure that some of this has zapped what little energy I did have. Any help with my dilemma would deeply be appreciated. Thank you, Dericka
Guest guest
Hi Dericka, I too know how exausting it can be as a mother with young children!!!! lack of sleep, not eating properly as there isn't a lot of time!!! If you can rest as much as possible (dont worry too much about housework ect) and have quick healthy snacks like fruit & Veges - even if its grabbing a carrot out of the fridge ect will all help. I also take a really good probiotic which has helped me in many ways including boosting my energy levels (I run around after 3 kids, studying and work 2 days a week!!!) its MiVitality In-Liven if you are interested please feel free to contact me at alwaysnaturallygreat & I will be happy to offer more information.
