PAIN of breaking my neck

12 years I have suffered with the PAIN of breaking my neck (crushed 4

vertebra). 10 years I was on low dose percoset, the last 2 years I have

been on low dose percoset AND low dose morphine. All of a sudden the

doctors SHUT ME OFF COMPLEATLY, I can not get an answer WHY. I have

talked to or seen EVERY doctor in the greater Bangor, Maine area. NONE

will write perscriptions for narcotics, I have told them I don't care

if it is a narcodic I JUST NEED SOMTHING for the frigen PAIN. Still

nothing. I have been to pain clinics, SAME responce.

The only thing I have had is Tylonol and Ibuprofen ( even " I " knew

what that would do ),

sure enough, thursday my primary care told me I have Diabetes ( never

had it in my family before) AND it is a GOOD possability that my

kidneys are shutting down, this is on top of existing high blood

presure and extreamly high colestorol.

ANY ONE HAVE AN IDEA WHERE I CAN FIND HELP, short of moving to

Massachusetts ( as my primary care doctor TOLD me the other day ).

Did you have disc fussions? If you did, then it may be arthritis pain. Try

tumeric. I had a fussion and could not survive without tumeric.

I was also on much paid medication before I found tumeric. Now I do not

the violet ray i use one and several people with sever debilitating

pain have said they could not live without one ----not a uv machine

Violet ray

These machines were in common use in the 1900s and literally

thousands of them were being used. It is like a wand in appearance

with a bulb applicator, when the machine is switched on, by virtue

of a Tesla coil high frequency sparks come of the applicator and a

violet glow is seen to appear. Edgar Cayce recommended this device

for hundreds of people for all manor of complaints.

Some Cayce quotes

Cayce said the spine is one of the holders of the physical karma in

all of us.

According to Allan Wilkinson who uses his violet ray extensively.

This is all about getting our thinking right and it would seem to be

that the right thinking has many advantages over many other

therapies. I've changed the shape of my own spine by getting my

thinking right. This point helps one to understand why Edgar didn't

always suggest a mechanical adjustment. Right thinking was easier on

the body and gave better long-term results. Jesus came into the

world to teach us how to think constructively. " Let this mind be in

you which was also in Christ Jesus, who thought it not robbery to be

equal with God. SFG Book 2. P 52. John 14.6: " I am the way, the

truth and the life. No one comes to the father except through me. I

am the way. "

Get physical relaxation and stimulation through the use of massage

or the Violet Ray and you will find a cure.

Cayce said that the Violet Ray stimulates the sympathetic and

cerebro-spinal nervous system and it creates a balance. However, he

warns about using it as a crutch for your cure. But if you use it

while working on your thinking it becomes an invaluable tool for

helping the body. From the time it's turned on it transfers your

energies from one area to others that need them more. I have seen

the above points many times, coming together to get many cures, so

they are worth thinking about.

In one reading, on possession, Cayce said that it will drive out

negative earth bound entities. These are entities that try to stop

you changing the way you think. I did two of these treatments and

they were both a success. I gave them the Violet Ray up and down

both sides of the spine, three times at a slow to moderate pace.

Both had very unhappy childhoods. Their behavior improved from then

on and they appear to be still stable. Each needed two treatments

only. I believe it would help children with behavioral problems.

Don Button's file on research into the Violet Ray, as used in the

Edgar Cayce readings, is a wealth of information. If you have a

Violet Ray, you will appreciate the file. It's the best information

on the Violet Ray that we've got.

The Violet Ray helps the body cope with the negative cells when

created from past negative selfish thinking while the new positive

cells build up through the listening process with the help of

improved thinking.

Some suggested application methods for general debilitation

Treat the body as in figure 8 that is put the applicator under the

right arm pit the first day for 10 mins. Then under left knee the

next day, under left armpit the next day then under right knee the

next day, then repeat.

Apparently these are the same locations where the lymph system cones

to the surface.

Reading 313-17 states that the violet ray calms the nerves. Also

used for blindness and severe headaches, Rheumatism, Lesions, ears

and deafness, after effects of surgery. The violet ray was applied

to various different places on the body including the eyes, throat

spine, arm pits, base of the brain, upper broncials, thyroids even a

rectal applicator to treat hemorrhoids, the feet the scalp. Some

other explanations followed over the forty odd years – violet ray

treatments directly on the spine to stimulate the superficial

circulation and revitalize giving more activity to the whole of the

respiratory system.

The violet ray gives incentives to the nerve centers to be

rejuvenated again .The ozone produced from the machine would be most

beneficial to the body. It was stated that amperage burns cells and

is not helpful. Only negative static dc.

Like voltage is life or healing and makes resistance in the system.

The violet ray should be applied to the feet and lower limbs along

the sciatic nerve and across the sacral and in the plexus of the

cervical and upper dorsal. Do this each evening and in 5-6 weeks the

body will be more active mentally and physically. This machine is

still being used to treat acne and to increase circulation in the

scalp. There are also reports of increased hair growth or baldness.

Cayce said only needs some little overhauling. But this electrical

vibration as indicated is the Violet Ray

That is needed, as well as the Radio-Active Appliance. This is

the high vibration, while the Radio-Active is the vibratory force of

the body set to work for making a more perfect circulation. The

Violet Ray is the current carried directly into the system and is a

destructive vibration, while the Radio-Active vibration is

constructive. These do not work in opposition to one another, but

work on different portions of the system. The Ultra-Violet or the

Violet Ray works upon the superficial circulation, while the low

electrical vibration of the Radio-Active Appliance is an active

principle with the deeper circulation - though it is taken in

through the superficial.

The application of the violet ray following the packs of salts, when

the skin has been opened, or the pores, and the centers along the

cerebro-spinal system are ready for response to this low form of

electrical vibration, will enliven not only the nerve centers of the

cerebro-spinal and sympathetic system, but also cleansing the blood

stream itself. This we would give from five to fifteen minutes

along the cerebro-spinal system; that is, over those areas that have

been covered with the Epsom salts, see? That is, from the base of

brain to the first dorsal area, then from the first dorsal area to

the 10th dorsal, going towards the

Central portion of the body. The application to the side of head

and to the eye would be divided between two and a half minutes; for

the side of the head - each temple, you see, would be included in

the two and a half minutes for both sides, then to the eyes with the

double eye applicator for two and a half minutes.

Then, after four or five such adjustments are made, begin with the

low electrical vibrations to the side of head and neck, and the

direct application with the double eye applicator, of the Violet

Ray. This will cleanse the body from the poisons as well as any

tendencies for those activities of influences from without that are

not of a creative or helpful nature. It will also not change the

vibratory rate of the body but increase same in its abilities for

the use of the abilities latent within to apply the spiritual

interpretations and spiritual healings for others. Then, after the

three or four or five osteopathic adjustments, begin with the Violet

Ray (hand machine). This may be done by self. Apply first the bulb

applicator across the lumbar and sacral areas, then across the

shoulders and the lower portion of neck and between shoulders,

around the side of the head and the face, for about a minute and a

half. Rest for about five minutes. Then apply the double eye

applicator to the eyes, and then turn on the machine. This would be

used for not more than a minute and a half for the body application

(with the bulb applicator, you see), and for a minute or less to the

eyes with the eye applicator. Do this each day for some ten days or

two weeks.

(Q) What causes failing of sight at times and what should be done

for it? Cayce said The same applies to those conditions where the

nerves' reaction to the sensory system makes an excessive reaction

in the vision; just as at times - if the body will be mindful of it -

there is apparently not as good hearing, the taste is not as well,

An Introduction to the Violet Ray followed by an Instruction Manual

that was provided with a violet ray made in the 1930's

I have a violet ray device. I originally bought an antique unit off

ebay which contained a lot of different attachments. The transformer

was mounted in the case and the wand, which accepted the many tubes,

was light and attached to the base unit with a thin cord. It was

pleasing to use as a stimulant to the scalp with the comb

attachment, as well as to use the " pancake " tube to massage rosemary

oil or other antiinflammatories into a specific area. It appeared to

have a good effect on local infections, even acne. It had a long

tube with a coil of wire inside that could be held in a hand for

systemic effects.

It broke a couple of times, but I got it working again by soldering

the hair-thin wires and renovating worn connections with conductive

epoxy. Once it broke and I could not fix it. I could not do without

my toy, so looked at the modern ones to purchase. I got one with the

entire unit in the handheld wand - there is no base unit. It cost

more than the original antique, but at least it was new and I would

not have to treat it delicately. I bought the new one from the

cheapest internet source, a site that apparently specializes in sex

devices, including ones that cause pain.

The new one's actions are not nearly as pleasant. Even at a low

setting, it seems like the frequency is too low and it is annoying

to most people, but this may increase penetration. The three tubes

that came with it are *crap* compared to the antique ones. The new

tubes are so flimsy with such thin glass I am afraid to use them.

The website where I bought this also offers a " professional model "

which has a base unit and the hand unit as a satellite. It may work

much better than the model I have, and probably has better

adjustment capabilities. However, it still uses the same crummy

tubes.

Someone gave me a set of high quality Russian-made quartz tubes for

use in a violet-ray type device but unfortunately their diameter is

too large for the wand.

Following is the instruction manual that was provided with a violet

ray made in the 1930's. As one can see, it was " ambitious " to say

the least (not unlike many modern devices <g>), which was one of the

reasons the feds shut the places down which made and those who used

them. There are some potentially dangerous recommendations in the

text below. Treat it for what it is, a historical document for

amusement only.

The Violet Ray High Frequency Unit

ONE of the most remarkable developments of the wonderful science of

electricity is that of the Violet Ray machine or high frequency

generator. The Violet Ray may be said to be a diffusion of an

electrical current of tremendous power and resistance, into millions

and infectious diseases, can be traced to faulty circulation and

impure blood. When exercise is taken as a matter of course and sound

sleep and appetite are natural, weakness and disease seldom develop

for the reason that the blood is adequately supplied in its richest

state to every part of the body, thereby nourishing every organ and

muscle and providing adequate protection against any tendency to

weakness. As persons grow older, however, there is a tendency to

forsake physical exercise and to retire to a quieter and more

Methods of Applying the Violet Ray

Three distinct methods of application are in general use, according

to the conditions present and the results desired.

First: LOCAL APPLICATIONS

Given with specific surface or orificial applicators made for that

purpose. A beneficial warmth is induced by the action of the Violet

Ray the capillaries of the skin are stimulated during the

application and for some time thereafter. Any local application with

a vacuum electrode is an effective antiseptic, largely on account of

the ozone generated.

One of the greatest benefits of the Violet Ray is the fact that it

can be used with such excellent results in local conditions. When

the Master Violet Ray is applied to any part of the body, it gives

to a certain extent a general treatment by stimulating the

circulation. In treating local conditions, these results are greatly

These local treatments can be given to any part of the body with

very good results. They produce the desired results at the treated

part quickly and also benefit to a remarkable degree the entire

Second: GENERAL APPLICATIONS

Taken as electrification treatment for the effect on the general

condition. The entire body is saturated with electrical energy by

simply holding the electrodes in the hands. This produces a sedative

Violet Ray High Frequency Currents have the tendency to establish a

normal elquillibrium of the entire nervous system. Arterial tension

Third: INDIRECT APPLICATIONS

Combines local and general treatments and requires two people. The

party then may draw with either hand, finger-tips, or another

Selective Effects Obtainable

A: AS A SEDATIVE

As sedative quieting or soothing effect can be obtained and is of

great benefit in all nervous ailments. This effect can be produced

locally by keeping the electrode in contact with the part to be

treated. Painful sensations can be relieved, irritated nerves

tranquilized and soothed. Nervous disorders are quickly and

beneficially influenced by a sedative treatment.

B: AS A STIMULANT AND TONIC

A stimulating effect is produced when the electrode is lifted

somewhat during the application or used through the clothing or a

cloth which has been put over the part to be treated. The length of

the stimulating sparks depends on the thickness of the clothing or

cloth placed between the electrode and the body. Uniformity in spark

length is insured by the cloth. This stimulation is caused by the

many small sparks generally called High Frequency Spray. They cause

a pleasant and tingling sensation and bombard thoroughly the area

which they cover, resulting in a very beneficial heating effect.

They also generate ozone which is directly driven into the tissue,

causing the ozonation of the blood. These sparks are germ killing

and overcome infection.

Stimulating treatments through clothing are very beneficial in

rheumatism, lumbago, and partial paralysis. Skin disorders, where

the circulation is impaired, are often greatly benefited by a slight

stimulation. A single layer of a handkerchief produces enough

resistance in such cases. An ordinary towel is best to use in

Wherever the Violet Ray comes in contact with the oxygen in the air

it changes part of that oxygen into what is known as ozone, a

concentrated form of oxygen that is a great many times more active

than that in the air. Oxygen in the blood has the remarkable quality

of burning up dead or diseased cells without burning up those that

are healthy, and it is the only antiseptic known that can be taken

directly into the body with this effect.

For this treatment the Master Ozone Generator shown on page 20 may

be used with any Master machine for the purpose of obtaining large

quantities of ozone for inhalation. The effect of inhaling ozone is

much the same as that of inhaling large quantities of pure air, or

even pure oxygen. It purifies and enriches the blood, invigorates

the body and causes pure oxygen to be taken up in large quantities

in the blood stream.

Ozone inhalation is of particular benefit in the treatment of

respiratory disorders. Taken into the lungs it attacks the diseased

Neuritis

Neuritis, as commonly understood, is rheumatism of the nerves.

Although any nerve may be involved, the name neuritis is confined

almost entirely to inflammation of the brachial nerves, which run

from the upper part of the spine across the shoulders and down the

arms. When the arms are lifted slightly sharp, twinging, shooting

pains are felt in the arms and shoulders. Temporary relief can be

secured by the use of properly applied heat, but a cure can be
