Guest guest
Hi Joe, Good one! Good whole spectrum nutrition can really help with cravings. Filling in those little nutritional gaps with whole-plant based supplements may make the difference between success and failure. I heard the same from people with the nutritional love of my life, AFA. Lots of good stuff out there, follow your heart to the one that has your name on it... Guest guest
Another tip besides adding *Choline Supplements is: (Choline found in Soy-Bean products and Egg Yolks etc. " understand that Tobacco is a natural pain killer; so it is not the cigarettes causing the addiction; it is the Nicotine in the cigs. So withdrawing from Tobacco is similar to withdrawing from Pain-pills. If you use a patch or gum; use the LOWEST DOSE possible. Take Aspirin or Ibuprofen; drink hot teas and eat Eggplant Potatoes and Tomatoes which have similar qualities to Tobacco but are healthy.- -- In , " joe.s_story " <joe.s_story wrote: > > I smoked for 39 years and I was like Mark Twain, I had no trouble > quitting, I have done it a 100 times.
