Hello again,

Here is what I would do, if I had the symptoms described in today's

posts:

 

- about having to PEE AT NIGHT: this is a sign of over-acidity in

the body.

The bladder cannot hold too many toxins (which are acid), so when they

reach a critical point, it gives the signal to go pee.

Verification: buy PH strips from the pharmacy that you pee on. They

should

reveal a PH of around 7 when your body is balanced.

Solution: eat less meat, sugar, caffeine and grains, eat more

greens, and green superfoods.

Do a bowel and kidney cleanse from www.herbdoc.com

A good resource is the book " Green for Life " from www.rawfamily.com

it gives you recipes for green smoothies. If you have candida

problems, use the recipes

that do not use fruits.

 

- WHITE COATED TONGUE: yep, it is just a symptom of Candida Albicans

having completely

invaded your body. All the other digestive distress symptoms may

also reflect

the same problem. The digestive problems may also stem from having

too little hydrocloric acid in the

stomach, on top of having too much candida. Green smoothies (as in

green soups with no fruits) will help build

stomach acid and not feed candida.

Candida's symptoms are also fatigue or depression, and rashes.

Solution: switch your diet completely for a few months, to a non-

candida feeding diet

and use a product designed to kill the overgrowth of candida, then

move to a transition

diet, and take a maintenance product and pro-biotics.
