Guest guest
I drink bottled water, no tap water....we live in Lansing, MI. My husband never drinks tap water either and he drinks about a gallon a day! I am working on the nutrition part! That is the hardest. After my first miscarriage I began eating even healthier than I was and dropped 25lbs in hopes that would help with the next pregnancy. I'm just getting over the miscarriage now and am beginning to eat healthy again. I'm taking a prenatal vitamin and am also taking B complex at the moment. That is it. I quit smoking for both pregnancies as soon as I found out. I am working on weaning myself off of cigarettes which is VERY difficult. I do know I can quit though since each time I got pregnant, I was able to quit immediately and not take one puff for the babies sake. That may have caused stress on the baby and myself so I'm weaning myself off this time and hopefully quitting for good, baby or not!! Thanks for the info on the water....any other info would be greatly appreciated!! Kim If you pick up a starving dog and make him prosperous, he will not bite you.
