Guest guest
Have you tried wild yam root? Using phytoserols or phytohormones along with EFA (essential fatty acids) will greatly help regulate your hormones. This has GREAT results with bladder issues. Guest guest
I would also be interested in solutions to this kind of problem. Ever since I had a baby, I've had a problem with this. It does help if I try to " hold it " several times a day (strengthen those muscles), and do Kegel exercises (look that up online), but it's a constant struggle. I have enough other constant struggles... Joy , " Brenda " <mummoose wrote: > > i have a blatter control problem it seems to be getting worse. I can't > even make it to the bathroom at times. Guest guest
Hi. Because of having kids your bladder gets weak. I visited a urologist and he recommends having a bladder lift. I know someone who had it done and it helped them alot. I plan on doing it in the future. Good luck Brenda <mummoose wrote: i have a blatter control problem it seems to be getting worse. Guest guest
Hi, I am not kidding. Avoid cooking in Teflon/non stick. Most of these contain PFOA, a toxic material during manufacture. In 48 hrs., results might be seen. Only brand I know which do not use PFOA is Tefal, French make. ======================================== Brenda wrote: > i have a blatter control problem it seems to be getting worse. Guest guest
Nettle leaf will strengthen the bladder and the kidneys. In the meantime, take a look at your diet. If you are eating a large proportion of meats and/or processed foods, caffeine or sugar eliminate them. Try not to drink anything within an hour of going to sleep. Guest guest
I think most of us woman who had babies have this problem My first baby was almost 9 pounds and the second was 10 1/2 pounds. Now I'm stuck with a pantyliner for the rest of my life(sorry for all that info:O) I just wanted to let you ladies know you are not alone. I'm only 39 and didn't think I'd be dealing with what my mom has been dealing with. She had 8 big babies and thought it was because she had so many. I only had 2.
