taking down the walls between the medical

establishment and us alternative types.

 

MDs will have to be trained in some herbal

medicine and basic nutrition.

Alternative enthousiasts have to remind

themselves that the poison that killed Socrates

was all natural, organically grown and free

of preservatives.

Goldenseal is on of the herbs that should NOT be taken for a long period on

time. With ALL medicines, herbal or not, you need to give you body a break

every now an then.

There is something that needs to be known. Each person's energy and biofields

are different and may react differently to different herbs. Please remember that

there are always alternatives to the tried and true or usually used herbs. Some

could be what you're cooking with.
