Guest guest
The root is always better to use but either will do. They both contain the same vitimins and minerals. I dried my dandelion greens for winter use. Susan Susan, I am with you on the minerals, but I doubt that the root has chlorophyll, and am not sure of the vitamin A! I made a tincture of fall-dug dandelion root in Apple Cider Vinegar and had a mug of it topped with lots of hot water and a spoonful of honey. Not bad at all, will have to make more next year!
