Hello,

i met On Ayurved Doctor in mumbai, By touching my nerveours

near, my wrist.

He Told me That I am having Gastric Ulcer, & infection too, Infection

in Liver & my Pitta, Kuf, Vat is In balance & most Important I am

Having " Umblical Hernia " .

Please Any Suggest Me Good Yogas to Cure Umblical Hernia Please Help
