Oh I also wanted to add in that steaming over the stove with a towel

over your head and a little eucalyptus helps. Also my friend said

taking mucinex helped her not get bronchitis when she felt her cold

was going deep into her chest. Just a few more ideas.

I have been told that the best thing for a cold is to take chicken noodle soup

or broth or anything actuallt\y and add alot of pepper to it. The pepper helps

relieve the symptoms of a cold. Try it for me and let me know if it works.

The best remedy that i use for colds is to cut ginger in to small pieces, boil

it in about 2 cups water and add some sugar. let it boil till it reaches half

the quantity and drink it while hot atleast twice or thrice a day and you will

see how you feel.( use the same pieces to make another cup). I use this and it

realy helps.
