Guest guest
Oh I also wanted to add in that steaming over the stove with a towel over your head and a little eucalyptus helps. Also my friend said taking mucinex helped her not get bronchitis when she felt her cold was going deep into her chest. Just a few more ideas. Guest guest
I have been told that the best thing for a cold is to take chicken noodle soup or broth or anything actuallt\y and add alot of pepper to it. The pepper helps relieve the symptoms of a cold. Try it for me and let me know if it works. Willow Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail beta. Guest guest
The best remedy that i use for colds is to cut ginger in to small pieces, boil it in about 2 cups water and add some sugar. let it boil till it reaches half the quantity and drink it while hot atleast twice or thrice a day and you will see how you feel.( use the same pieces to make another cup). I use this and it realy helps. Shaifa target=_blank>> > Check out the all-new Mail beta - Fire up a more powerful email and get things done faster.
