*******those people who are not sick need to take probiotics to keep your

gut healthy. Especially those that insist on eating processed food and fast

foods. By the time a person is 30 yrs old they need to start taking

enzymes....

*******Do you have any " Raw Milk " farmers around, so that you can make you

some good homemade Kefir....I drink a minimum of ONE gallon a week.....when my

dog sees me get out the gallon jug, she BEGGGGGGGGGGGgggggs for some....LOL

I would NEVER recommend that someone make Kefir out of regular milk....I

belong to a " raw club " and I get raw organic milk, raw organic cream, raw

organic butter, raw organic cheese (several flavors) and raw organic honey.....

Please, could you tell us how to find such

a club?

And that reminds me, I have go raise some

H on behalf of a dairy farmer in Ontario

who got hit by some sort of swat team for

the heinous crime of providing grateful

customers with raw milk.

Too much to do online!
