Dear group,

A year ago I gave up smoking and I have never felt worse...I have

gained 40 kgs and developed heel spurs.

I have a pain under my rib on the left hand side which sometimes feels

hot and tight and pins and needley.

I am exhausted all the time,I am bloated and swollen and look like a

blowfish and I regularly sob uncontrollably for no apparent reason.

I have been in hospital numerous times under various specialists but

they cant really tell me what is wrong. They have said I have high

levels of helicobacter pylori,a fatty liver and an ulcer in my

oesophagus. I have taken a mix of antibiotics and antacids as

recommended but all they have done is leave me with an extremely

bitter taste in my mouth. If you have any advise that might help I

would really appreciate it.I had my gallbladder removed 30 years ago

when I was 9 years old.All the best,

Nicole

It sounds like you may have candida. You may need to do a candida flush.

Find a Biofeedback Practitioner that works on the SCIO

and have a health scan done. This will be able to help

detect what may be the issue. The link below is a list

of SCIO Practitioners.

http://www.thequantumgallery.com/

What I'm picking up is the metabolism is off due to

smoking ( which is what it does ) it can take 1 year

for every 5 years you smoked for your body to get back

to normal. Thyroid is out of whack. A Dr. can give you

a test, but chances are it will be negative as these

tests aren't accurate. Stress is the biggest cause of

health issues, once again the Biofeedback will help

with relaxation and stress reduction and reduction of

symptoms caused by stress amongst other things.

I am alive because of this process. I was in adrenal

shutdown and nothing the Drs. were doing was helping.

After a 4 hour session on an EPFX/SCIO/QXCI machine I

started to heal. 2 years later I am offering that same

benefit to those willing to give it a try. I could

even work on you in a Distance Healing session. You

can go to my website www.quantumassociatesofutah.com

and check out the information there.

Hello,

I am sorry you're having such a hard time. Quitting smoking is HUGE and

congratulations its the first step in getting your health together. Now these

symptoms are your system trying hard to detox in an unhealthy environment.

You must support your liver, milk thistle every day. In addition you should add

fresh greens to your diet like dandelion and kale. Juicing is helpful but hard

on your liver so it is advisable to juice some greens with 1-2 apples and some

ginger and a few carrots. But dont' juice too many veggies at once because it

will tax you liver, you should only juice what you would eat in a day.

I would suggest Kombucha tea as it is very helpful in giving a 'pleasant'

sensation while helpiing to detox and suppport the liver (please search

Groups and the net for this healthy homemade affordable drink and consider

brewing it yourself).

Get on a very good 'green' multivitamin which derives nutrients from natural

sources such as broccoli, etc. Do not use Centrum or other highly processed

supps as they can cause more problems because your body will not absorb

nutrients.

Stay calm, and if you're really serious about getting ahold of this thing check

out the courses at http://www.dhamma.org

Good luck.

Candida albicans, and other strains of Candida are yeast that normally inhabits

our digestive system: the mouth, throat, intestines and genitourinary tract.

Candida is a normal part of the bowel flora (the organisms that naturally live

inside our intestines, and are not parasitic). It has many functions inside our

digestive tract, one of them to recognize and destroy harmful bacteria. Without

Candida albicans in our intestines we would be defenseless against many pathogen

bacteria. Healthy person can have a millions of Candida albicans. Our immune

system is suppose to keep it under control, together with " friendly " bacteria

(Lactobacillus acidophilus , B. bifidum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, S.

thermophilus and L. salivarius, ...). If the number of friendly bacteria is

decreased (antibiotics, pesticides, chlorine,...) in relation to a number of

Candida, the immune systems is weakened or other conditions for yeast

proliferation occur (diet high in sugar, improper pH in the

digestive system) Candida albicans will shift from yeast to mycelial fungal

form and start to invade the body. In the yeast state Candida is a

non-invasive, sugar-fermenting organism, while in fungal state it is invasive

and can produce rhizoids, very long root-like structures. Rhizoids can penetrate

mucosa or intestinal walls, leaving microscopic holes and allowing toxins,

undigested food particles and bacteria and yeast to enter the bloodstream. These

condition is known as Leaky Gut Syndrome, one more name for the food and

environmental intolerances.

If you:

crave sweets

feel sick all over

have taken many antibiotics

have seen many physicians and have not found help

developing food allergies

Then Your health problems are probably yeast connected.

Same of your health problems could be caused by intoxication: mercury,

fluoride or lead toxicity, or the Epstein-Barr syndrome, or an allergy or a

glandular imbalance, or almost anything, but most likely you've got a

combination of problems. By treating and preventing Candida overgrowth, you

will make your body much stronger to deal with the other conditions. If you have

no trace of a Candida problem (unlikely), you will still benefit from a thorough

intestinal clean-up , and your overall condition will improve regardless of what

you are suffering from.

You have all the classic signs of a yeast problem.

The antibiotics contributed to it, whether they

were the initial cause or not. They interfere with

the beneficial bacteria in your gut & that lets the

yeast that lives there overgrow since it's competition

has been killed or depleted by the antibiotics. (that's what

antibiotics do you know...kill bacteria, bad AND good)

The yeast can mutate & infect any area of your body. btw,

animals are fed antibiotics so they will gain weight! Guess

what they do to you??? (the way they fatten livestock is

to put them on a grain diet & feed them antibiotics.)

Yeast needs sugar to eat so you will crave sweets & high carb foods,

which quickly put sugar into your blood. so you have weight gain &

have cravings, etc.

The mood swings are part of that picture too. The high sugar/high

carb foods will set up a cycle of reactive low blood sugar when the

body secretes too much insulin to get the overload of sugar out of

your blood & that will lower your blood sugar too much, resulting in

cravings, mood swings, crying, etc. until you can eat more sugar

& get your blood sugar back up & it starts all over again.

The specialists can't find what's wrong with you because

they don't have a test that will diagnose it, since

yeast lives in your body anyhow. And they weren't taught much

about fungus/yeasts in medical school anyhow except for maybe

3 hours, so they don't know to even look for it. Not speaking ill of

them...they only know what they have been taught & are very good at that.

The best way to confirm yeast is your problem is to go on

a program to combact it. When you begin to feel better,

then you will know that is your problem. It does take

time to get your system back in order, though.

First of all, try this diet for a couple of weeks.

no sugar..this means syrup & hidden sugars in foods, too.

Read your food labels...even some canned veggies have

sugar added. High fructose corn syrup is a sugar, btw &

it's in a lot of foods, so watch for it & avoid those foods.

If you don't know what an ingredient is, look it up. If it

ends with " ose " though, suspect it is a sugar of some kind.

no grains...they quickly turn into sugar in your bloodstream.

...this means no bread, no crackers, no cookies, no cakes, no rice,

etc. This includes whole grains for now.

no starchy vegetables such as potatoes, corn, etc.

High starchy foods quickly turn into sugar too. the exception

to this is carrots. Carrots have a lot of antifungal properties,

so you can have them.

no fruits except green apples at first & some low carb berries

with no sugar added. Fruits are good for us, but most have

too much sugar & right now, you are trying to keep your sugar

consumption low so as not to feed the yeast.

You can eat lots of other good veggies though. A nice big

salad would be good, since you will be getting some raw

veggies into your diet this way.

At first, you may feel very bad. This is called the herkzeimer

reaction...I probably mispelled that...;-) It happens when

something you are doing is actually helping you. In your case,

the yeast will not be getting their 'sugar' fix & they will

get all stressed out & release toxins that make you feel bad.

Just know that at first you will feel bad. Then after a few

days you will start to feel better. Keep it up. You can

gradually add some 'forbidden' foods back into your diet.

- - - -

The following supplements will help kill off the yeasts.

Try a couple at time for 2-3 weeks, then switch to another

two.

Pau D Arco

Caprillic Acid

Apple Cider vinegar...get the real kind with it's mother.

....get this at your health food store if your grocer don't

have it. It's the cheapest antifungal supplement you can

use, btw. It makes malic acid, which kills any fungus in

your blood. Apple cider vinegar should help with the condition

that caused your heal spurs, too.

Oregano oil....or get the real Mediteranian oregano in your

grocery store. It costs more but is better.

Olive leaf extract

note: do not take any of the above with probiotics as they

can kill them off, too. Take your probiotics at least 2 hours

before or after the above antifungal products.

- - - -

Add Probiotics...to put the good bacteria back in your gut

& get it back to its normal condition.

probiotics actually make B vitamins, which will give you energy.

If you get yogurt as a source of probiotics, get one with

live active cultures & NO SUGAR added! Plain yogurt is what

you are looking for. Good probiotics to look for...bifidus

acidophilus. Try to get enteric coated capsules so they

will get past the stomach acid & be released in your intestines.

- - - -

Take vitamins & supplements that will help control your

blood sugar & support your overall health, etc. If your

body is deficient in a certain nutrient, it cannot fight

off any kind of infection very well.

B vitamins...source of energy & help with blood sugar control

magnesium...this mineral actually helps control your blood sugar

....try to get at least 300 mg a day of magnesium.

chromium picolinate...same as above, only more so. I would take

one 200mcg capsule with a meal at least. You can take more if you

want, but not more than 3 a day unless you are diabetic.

other vitamins you should add:

Vitamin A (don't over do this one...look for the daily RDA)

Vitamin E (get a natural, mixed tocopherol kind...I take 400 IU a day)

Vitamin D (at least 400 IU a day)

Calcium (look up suggested amount...1,000 mg a day or more?)

other trace minerals..maybe a good multivitamin will have these

If you are bothered too much by craving, the above nutrients,

especially chromium picolinate & B vitamins & magnesium will

help a lot. If you need more help, take

L-Glutamine - between meals...with NO OTHER PROTEIN or within

2 hours of any other protein source/food

It will help your cravings. It's even been used with some

success with alcoholics & I've tried it for carb/sugar

cravings & it does help!

Oh yeah, get off the antacids & get some digestive enzymes with

hydrochoric acid instead. Or take some apple cider vinegar.

When you have enough stomach acid, it triggers a valve to close that

prevents the stomach contents from getting up into your esophogus.

If your body is not making enough acid, you will have this problem.

The probiotics will also help with any digestive problem you might

have. You especially need them since you had your gallbladder removed.

Take Milk Thistle to help your liver every day, too.

Cabbage & other cruciferous veggies(brocolli, etc) have Endol 3

carbonal. That helps kill of the helicobacter pylori bacteria that can

cause ulcers.

Fruits don't have sugar, nor do potatoes. They have natural carbs.

Low carb diet is just like any other diet works as long as you are

on in FOR LIFE. You get off the diet, and the weight will be back

plus extra pounds on top of it. Besides, our body does need carbs,

and completely eliminating them from the diet is not a good idea.

Larissa, you misunderstood the diet I posted. It is not for losing

weight, even though limiting carbs for many people will help with

weight loss.

The diet I posted was for diagnosing/treating a systemic

yeast infection.

Fruits do have natural sugars. Potatoes are a starchy vegetable.

These are both good healthy foods. But for someone with a yeast

problem or a diabetic, these foods have to be limited. I have

4 diabetics in my family & if they eat fruits or potatoes,

their blood sugar goes up high.

Your body's blood glucose rises when you eat sugar, even though it

is a 'natural' sugar from fruit. Same for high starchy foods. Your

body has no trouble converting starches, even good carbs, into

higher blood glucose levels. That's the sugar in your blood. That's

fine for most folks, but is bad for diabetics. For persons with

systemic yeast infections, a higher blood glucose feeds the yeast.

That'w why the diet limits high fructose fruits & high starchy

foods.
