Guest guest
Hello all, I have numbness and burning sensation alternately in my toes. I travel by car for my job and I am sometimes in the car for 10-11 hours a day. I also sit at other times too (such as at my computer.etc.)..Is there anything to alleviate this? Thanks so much for this list and the help that people give here. I am just learning about alternative healing (very new) and I learn alot here.. Guest guest
You might be inadvertently cutting off circulation to your limbs. I would examine your sitting positions and arrangements in both the car and at the computer. If you can shorten the distance from the end of the seat to where your back resides, it will lessen the likelihood you're cutting off circulation. This can be done by adding pillows behind you, adjusting the chair, etc. This often happens with people who have shorter legs, or whose legs are shorter from the knee to the hip. Another alternative is getting up (or stopping the car) every 1-2 hours for a stretch break. Guest guest
Hi, Sounds like a neroma in the foot, This is a small tumor on the nerve between the toes around the ball of the foot. I have one and my foot is numb because of it. Best thing to do is wear comfortable shoes and go to a pediatrist. I have taken Ibuprofin and rested the foot. I think they can do surgery if it is real bad, Maybe cortesone treatments, Good Luck ggforhim2 <ggforhim2 wrote: Hello all, I have numbness and burning sensation alternately in my toes.
