Hi Joanie,

 

I just fought off a cold with similar symptoms and what I did was

every hour to 2 hours I took vit c 1000 mg plus also oregano oil

(you can get it as drops or as a pill -oreganol or oregemax-

something like that). It is very good at killing viruses and

bacteria. I catch everything , even if someone had a cold for 5 days

but I can get rid of it within a day that way. Also I will put

emergencee powder in water a few times a day. Also I take miracle ii

neutralizer. Hope that helps.
