Hi All,

I have been lurking here for awhile and haven't posted becasue someone

always beats me to it-lol.

My dh has recurring mouth sores(they come when he is stressed out) and

they are greatly helped by rinsing with hydrogen peroxide. If he catchs

them early,it will go away withthis. Tea tree oil mouthwash is great

too if he doesn't catch them early. This mouthwash is good with any

mouth sores and with infected teeth. My mil used it when hers got bad

and she was better in a couple days.

You can get this at an herbal store.

Hope this is of some help.

Great tip Judy, and here is one for you:

mouth sores, especially when they occur

as a result of stress, can be a sign of

B-vitamin deficiency.

Even if you have a decent diet, some people

may need extra.

There is a great website that tells you all

about the function of certain vitamins, and

which foods are highest in which.

You will even find recipes and cooking lessons

there. I so love this guy!

Warning: you may need some extra computer

time once you are there, :).

Have fun exploring: http://whfoods.org

Ien in the Kootenays, getting her Bs and everything

else from whole wild algae (I sell it too, EEEW, how evil!)
