Guest guest Posted November 29, 2006 Report Share Posted November 29, 2006 I find a few things help when I feel stressed: 1) Lately when I've been irritated by someone , I try to think about how irritating I must be to others. 2)Sit in gratitude to think about my health and different teachers I've had, my parents and other conditions. Think about the other conditions people are subject to. 3) Try to see everyone that creates reactions in me like anger or depression as my teacher. I never would get in touch with that stuff in myself that has to be undone otherwise!
