Hello,

I have enclosed a link to an e-book that explains indepth, how to

get rid of migraines without drugs. Great techniques that work!

Take magnesium suppliments, 250 to 500 mg a day. You should do this

every day. This will not stop a migrain in progress but it can reduce

the frequency and severity in about 50 percent of the people that try

it. Also try coenzyme Q10 @ 120 mg a day. This also works on many

people.

I know a lady who had a historectomy about 6 months ago to stop the

harmones that were suspected in causing severe migrains. It worked for

a few months and then came right back as bad as before. She got started

on magnesium about 3 weeks ago and no more headaches so far. She was

having about 1 to 2 per week. There are no side effects to this and the

magnesium suppliments are cheap, about 3 dollars a bottle at Walmart

(vitamin section)

Vitamin B2 can also be used as well and has similar results but I would

recommend the first two because they have no side effects but B2 can if

taken in large doses.

Hi there,

Let me first just comment, that from what I know, migraines in men are fairly

unusual... it might be helpful to have more information, in addition to your

age and gender. I would, however, just for GP, (general purposes) suggest you

see a doctor if you have these migraines on a regular basis. There are a number

of reasons or underlying conditions lending to your headaches. Impossible to

make a recommendation in my view based on so little information.

Best wishes,

Are you drinking diet sodas, or anything with Nutrasweet (aspartame)

in it? I was reminded about this sort of thing last night, talking to

a woman who gets migraines when she drinks diet sodas.

Hi Migraine sufferers !

Those who are suffering from migraines must ensure that their bowel should

move properly. Tendency of constipation or IBS is the root cause of

migraine. Take too much of fibre items for bowel movement. Also plenty

water. Try to heal your problem naturally. If it does not help then write

to me all your symptom of agony i.e, which portion of your head pains much

and point of origination of head ache and lands up to which place. What you

have to do for relief - all these details. I am a homoeo consultant and

give you all gurrantee that with homoeo treatment for few days your problem

will be no where for your remaining part of your life. Write to me on

subratadashomoeo.

With best wishes
