Yoga Breathing

Hi. I'm glad I found this group. I do kundalini yoga and teach

it part-time. One thing I have seen is how powerful breathing

can be on the nervous system. I find doing a few minutes 3x a day

where I will hold the inhalation a few seconds and then exhale and

hold it out a few seconds makes a big difference in quieting the

monkey mind that jumps around.
