Guest guest
There are many people who suffer with frequent blatter infections. If you have never experienced this the symtoms are an urge to pee and pressure. You usually do not feel relieved afterwards and still feel the need to pee. It can also be accompanied by burning. This is something you also see very often in people who are recently married. A blatter infection can be caused from semen and bacteria getting in the urethra and traveling up to the blatter. Men and women both should always make it a point to urinate right after intercourse to prevent this from happening. Most newlyweds do not know this but it is very important. That is why they usually come down with a blatter infection right after the honeymoon, within the week. What causes this is bacteria are allowed to grow and take hold in the blatter. Normally the the bacteria that manages to get started there is flushed out by urination and does not get a chance to take hold. If you wait a long time and hold your urine you allow the bacteria a chance to multiply and build a colony large enough to cause you a problem. Drinking caffine also adds to this problem greatly. Here is what you need to do to keep this from happening to you: 1. Do not hold your urine for long periods of time. 2. Start drinking cranberry juice at the very first sign, it makes the conditions harder for the bacteria to grow in the blatter by raising the PH. This may not work if you let them get too big of a colony growing, do it at first sign. 3. Do not drink any caffine, this creates a condition that irritates the blatter even further and aids the bacteria. This means, tea, coffee, softdrinks, etc. If you have a reoccuring problem with this you need to consider reducing or eliminating your caffine intake all the time. 4. Drink all the water you can hold, all day long. You want to urinate as often as possible. This helps keep a constant flow of water through the blatter and can flush out the bacteria out and they are not allowed to hang around long enough to grow. If the infection has been allowed to grow long enough and has got really bad these steps may not be enough to fully get rid of it. An antibiotic may be required or some of the over the counter tablets that turn you pee orange or green. They contain chemicals that help make the conditions in the blatter unfavorable for the bacteria. You can buy them at the local drug store. Just ask you druggest for the pills that turn your urine orange or green and he will know what they are. They are over the counter but used to be perscription back in the 60's.
