Guest guest
I don't post much in here but I do read everything I get. I don't know why it took me this long to think about asking here for help. Probably some is from embarassment and another part not wanting to know, worrying it may be something terrible. But I really need to ask. I have never had normal cycles. They have always been heavy and long. But about 5 years ago I went totally haywire. Between the months of March and November I have no period at all. Then between November and March, it never stops. EVER! I have been to an OB/GYN and she did little for me. Every doctor (3 or 4) I have talked to has put me on birth control. This just makes me worse. I do have a period in the summer months but it gets to the point that it never stops as well. I had a pap done last year and was told I have dysplasia and I have to go back for a biopsy. I haven't done that yet because of the no insurance when my husband changed jobs. That will change very soon. I am just tired of everyone telling me I need to take this little pill and things will be ok. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on with me? I am at a complete loss and surely I can't be the only one in the world with this problem. Thank you in advance, Jaderose

Guest guest
Someone on another group I'm on (I have a similar problem, not quite as bad as yours seems to be but still) said that a high-fiber, low-fat diet can help with this. I'm on Seasonale birth control and I do very well on it, but if you don't do well with the pills of course this won't be an option for you. Another thing you could think about whenever you have insurance again is ablation. Someone had mentioned this to me and I don't think I could go through with it (I'm a wimp!). Look it up, it is supposed to greatly decrease or even stop bleeding during periods. Kadee Sedtal Build a man a fire and he'll stay warm for a day. Guest guest
my particular regiment is Dong Qui and Chasteberry (the Chasteberry was added thanks to this group). i will give you a heads up that if you try the extract form of Chasteberry it's not very tasty. if you have no aversion to pills then i would STRONGLY suggest that you take those. :-) ~Canova " Visualize things that you want with clarity to make them happen but don't try to label it as 'perfection' because perfection is often attained from what is ultimately built out of the clarity.
