Due to indigestion most of the people feel uneasiness, vomiting and headache. There is a very simple way to get rid of indigestion and constipation. After your lunch or dinner, please do the following excercise. Its very simple. Just kneal down and sit back on your toes (Namaz position). See that your back is straight when you kneal on toes with your hands resting on thighs.You will find that in few seconds you burp and you feel release with uneasiness (after having excess food). You can do it before going to bed. For constipation eat lots of water, fibreous vegetables and fruit. Life is very easier if you dont take medicine for each and every treatment. There are lots of homely spices which heals faster than medicine. Whereas medicine gives a side effect which we never feels after the release of pain. You take one tablespoon of organice apple cider vinegar(I use Heinz, its not organic, but it works for me) initially it burns going down for about 1 min and you can take a sip or two of water. If you can get past the taste, it works excellent, I'm talking for weeks of relief. I'm not sure of the how it heals or sooths the indigestion, but I can find out if anyone is interested.
