RE : Depression/BiPolar Disorder HELP!

Every medecine is pure poison for the body, which has now to fight twice:

Against depression and against this poison attack.

 

How about daily long walkings in the nature, playing with animals, eat and

drink as healthy as possible ? Keeping away from TV, newspapers, city stress ?

Did he do all this for at least two month ?
