Hi,

My circulation has not been good for several years. Mostly swelling in my feet

and calves. I alsohave perniosis in the toepads and foot pads from a mild

frostbite. I live in an apt with a noninsulated concrete floor, with dissolving

carpet, so my feet get cold.

Recently had cancer surgery. They put on Jobst anti-embolism compression knee

hi socks. They really help the circulation, but I can't get them on by myself

and have to wait for someone to come over once a week so I can bathe and have

them put the socks back on. I am looking for a mid level compression sock I can

take on and off myself....

But, I do not want to become dependent on the socks, which I seem to be after

wearing them ofr 5 weeks. My calves and feet ach now csince removing them.

I want to improve my circulation without the socks....can't do yoga yet so soon

afte surgery ...

Any suggestions will be appreciated...maybe gentle exercise, tai chii,

sttetches? Any suggestions about improving the circulation? I am looking for a

new place to live...hopefully that will also help.

Laura
