Color therapy works well for asthma. Orange colour is

recommended. Drink plain water treated with orange colour

Sun rays. You will find the result withn one week.

 

Fill water in a glass bottle. Wrap from outside yellow coloured

gelatine paper (cellopane paper) and above that wrap red coloured

gelatine paper. Orange coloured gelatine paper may not be available.

Red and Yellow makes orange. Keep the water bottle in Sun light

for about four hours. Whenever you drink water, drink from this

bottle.
