Guest guest
Welcome Suresh, Your wife's condition could benefit from cardio excersize. You did not mention if she is overweight, but this also can put a strain on the heart. Just like the other muscles in the body, the heart responds to excersize. This will also help " de-stress " her. She should check with the family doctor to be sure there is no underlying heart problems before beginning a new excersize routine. Once she is cleared by her doctor for excersize, I recommend she begin at a level that slightly challenges her, but does not exhaust her. Walking at a brisk pace for up to thirty minutes most days of the week to start. Also diet plays a key role in how the body handles stress...lot's of fresh fruits and vegatables, grains and clean water-she should be drinking 8 full glasses a day. She may also consider meditation as a means to relax her mind/emotions; consciously listening to soothing music and practicing calming techniques are good ways to reduce stress. The good news is, this is something that can be improved, especially if it is stress induced. Please give her lot's of love and patience; which is also good medicine.
