Guest guest
Awhile back, I had a bout with asthma. Well, it's not completely gone, but I think it would be if I would completely quit eating any junk food. It got bad enough to really scare me, so I did use an alubuterol inhaler there for awhile, but I kept trying all kinds of natural remedies. Nothing worked until I tried a whole lot of magnesium. It was the oxide form of magnesium. In the middle of a particularly bad attack, I took 8 pills of the kind of magnesium they have at Walmart (don't remember the dosage), and a little while later, I was hyperventilating. Oh, what a feeling!! To be able to easily breathe after I had spent weeks pulling so hard for air! I kept reading about magnesium, and turns out that SOME emergency rooms use injected magnesium sulfate for acute asthma attacks, and it works at least as well as the drugs, with no side effects. Modern medicine being what it is, though, it will undoubtedly be a long time before it comes to a hospital near you. The only danger I've read about with magnesium is if you have *kidney* problems. Otherwise, you will just eliminate any excess. The vast majority of Americans are terribly deficient in magnesium anyway. good luck Joy p.s. I lived in Vancleve as a child. Know where that is? , " divorced_mom2002 " <elvisgirl99 wrote: > > Hi everyone, from ky here and just wondering is there any natural > antidote for asthma?
