Hi..

Thanks for your email.. I also worked in the Operating Room as a nurse, and

it is just a personal thing, I do not want the surgery if I do not have to have

it. My x-rays showed no cysts or any tumors. I personally examined my own

xrays with the surgeon that took them. Situation is responding to alternative

ways quite nicely. Very slow, but I will try this way first and if I cannot do

it, then I will have them operate, but that is my last choice.

One person I spoke of that had nerve damage and non use of hand was operated

on by the Chief of Surgery in a large hospital in a big city.

I went for two consultations, one an Orthopedic Surgeon and the Second, a

surgeon that specializes in hand surgery..

Appreciate you answering my email.

want to have fun....enjoy n.....heres a list....wash dishes....take a dog or

horse for a walk....then brush them...take an art class

pick three of the above..now the room building clincher..............on

the opposite foot is a little pinkey toe hold it gently..until a firm pulse

appears..now gently stroke the top of the toe from themid ankle forwards...

then make similiar passes on the underfoot...............yr helping that

section reset itself this is so simple most people disregarde it

but if you feel a pulse that steady's and yr oinky is not too badly

beat up from daily misuse..[that should be pinky...i;ll leave it as a

typo]...yea...sit back yr breathing should have smoothed.and its time to

hold yr thumb

open yr hand and hold yr thumb in a warmly closed hand...thumb in

center............a few minutes will get that pulse

goiung.............hold it and wait for yr breathing to change....donot try

to change yr breathing consciously...the pulse will even out and yr

breathing will n change...youy may even be smiling....happy fingers and toes

to you.....
