Guest guest
Black Cohosh is made from a root of a tree. It contains a natural form of estrogen. My wife had a hysterectomy when she was 25 and was put on estratab which is a synthetic estrogen made out of pregnant horse pee. After taking that for several years she developed fibroids. She stopped taking that and got on the black cohosh and has been on it ever since, she is now 46. If she misses it for a couple of days she will have breast tenderness so it is very evident it works. This can be used in postmenopausal women to help hot flashes and that kind of thing, you can get it at any health food store and even at Wal-Mart. Any product that is obtained from a plant varies in strength. An example of this is if you grow pepper in a dry and hot condition it becomes very hot because the capsaicin become concentrated because of the slow growth, if it is grown in wet conditions and low light the reverse it true. Sooo.... You may need to up the dosage to 2 pills a day instead of one if you find the batch you have is not potent enough, adjust you dosage according to your response to it and according to the potency. Guest guest
I would like to clarify something on my last post on this... if you are needing estrogen replacement or have menopause problems then the black cohosh treatment works very well. If you are having other problem such as PMS or that kind of thing I don't think it will. Sorry for not making this too clear last time and posting too quick.
