question about overall well being

hello everybody,

 

i want to know if drinking a glass of warm water in the early morning , empty

stomach and also throughout the day will help for the body's well being. and i

also want to reduce weight. i tried the warm water, lemon and honey thing in the

morning for 4 months, but nothing happened. so i want to know is this really

works. i used the honey which i brought from the supermarket and the lime

version and not the real big lemon. so please help me in this regard

Skipping meals isn't a smart move. When you don't put food into

your body, your body thinks you are fasting. So, when you finally

do eat (or overeat because you're famished) your body stores most of

it as fat no knowing when the next bit of food will come. If you

are looking to lose weight and do it healthy....trying skipping

processed foods, animal fats (meats high in fat) and start adding

grains, rices, veggies and fruits. You should be eating 5-6 times a

day, small meals with a couple snacks. Nuts are good, raisins,

fibrous foods that make you feel full. You also need to stay

hydrated...drink at least 8 12oz glasses of water daily...at a

minimum. Water also makes you feel full which prevents overeating.

Also, eat a bowl of warm soup before a meal for the same effect! I

am a personal trainer and own my own gym....two clients that I

trained last year, the male dropped 25lbs in 30 days and the woman

dropped 15lb in just shy of 45. They cut out the sodas (which shock

your kidney's and liver because of the sugar) causing you to store

fat! Get outside...fresh air and sunlight will do wonders for

getting you motivated and feeling an energy boost. Take a brisk 20

min walk daily too. This will help to boost your metabolism. Hope
