I compiled this after graduating with a degree in Holistic

Nutrition. I have used a program loosely based on this to help

friends and clients drop weight, reverse diabetes, and generally

look great--feel great!

 

(If you do these things no corporation can make you sick any

longer.)

 

Walk every day

 

Do one mind-body practice several times a week like yoga or t'ai chi

 

Eat only whole foods, organic, local. For cheap

eats, join a local CSA or food coop and network with the local

hippies who know how to eat well on a budget Also, save on whole

foods by eating cheap bulk grains and beans and then having extra

money for top-notch organic veggies.

 

Eat greens every day

 

Breathe

 

Surround yourself with people who make you feel good and get rid of

the ones who don't

 

Volunteer

 

Have kids and animals in your life

 

Use natural products on your body and in your home

 

Strive for self expression and self-actualization
