Guest guest
Try giving up wheat/grain products for three weeks... i.e. bread, pasta, etc. If you want to you can also try eliminating dairy at the same time. Guest guest
As I understand it, in many cases GERD is due to lack of stomach acid. Have you tried digestive enzymes, and probiotics? As the years pass by, we do not digest food as well and the enzymes replace what we need. The digestive enzymes should have six to seven enzymes listed. HTH Denise > I am a new member.
