Try giving up wheat/grain products for three weeks... i.e. bread, pasta,

etc. If you want to you can also try eliminating dairy at the same time.

homeopathy will help you.take ARGENTUM NIT.-30 ONE DRM.

(5ml)in liquid'dose 4 drops on tongue thrice daily, preferably third

dose at bed time . eat small meals 5 to 6 times daily. after a week

take the medicine twice daily for a month.reduce sugar intake.dot eat

anything 20 minutes before and after the doses.

As I understand it, in many cases GERD is due to lack of stomach acid. Have

you tried digestive enzymes, and probiotics? As the years pass by, we do

not digest food as well and the enzymes replace what we need.

The digestive enzymes should have six to seven enzymes listed.
