Guest guest
Vaginal warts can be treated by a medical professional, ushually they are burned off and also a cream is given to put on affected areas. Do not be fooled, however if she no longer has any visible. Genital warts are caused by a virus called Human Palipaloma Virus or HPV. because it is a virus there is no cure and still can be transmitted even if warts are not present. I've had anal warts, and had them " frozen " off, I think. I'm not quite sure what the doctor was doing back there, but it wasn't fun, I can tell you that. To the best of my knowledge, they haven't come back, but no one has bothered to check when I go to the doctor, even when I tell them of my history. I remain cautious with lovers, and simply don't have much sex. It's kind of been ruined for me, if you know what I mean. It's just not all that easy to get me in the mood anymore. ....geminiwalker

(check this site: http://www.mamashealth.com/stds/gwarts.asp) HPV is highly contagious, and while it is usually benign, it is linked to increased risk of cancer. There are treatments for HPV (most recent one heavily advertised on TV), and her doctor (after examination) might recommend removal of the warts (they can be surgically removed or burned, there are also some topical creams), and sometimes they disappear on their own. But! The HPV is NOT curable, and once infected person is carrier for lifetime.
Guest guest
You should have your lady friend check this out- on the television they are saying that the HPV virus is now a cause for cancer. Guest guest
You both should go see a homeopath. There is a homeopathic treatment for HPV. Check with your local health food store to see if there is one in the area that they recommend. If not, you can find one near you through http://www.homeopathy.org. , " Tim " <scv1865123 wrote: > > I have a lady friend who has Vaginal warts how can thay be treated? > Tim >
Guest guest
Red Marine Algae (particularly by a company called " Vibrant Health " ) will actually act on the virus. Also, a product called " Virastop " by Enzymedica will destroy the protein coating on the virus. They must be taken for quite a long period of time, though. Viruses are tough to get rid of, but not impossible. Guest guest
Ellen: Oh my goodness - how things get twisted. The HPV can BECOME cancerous IF NOT TREATED -- it is not the CAUSE of cancer. Guest guest
Thank you for clearing that up for me- I do have to tell you- the messages on television and how they were perceived by me where that it causes cancer. I remember that some of my friends had them YEARS ago and the doctors where like no big deal about them- now the doctors act like your uterus will fall out! Terrible- but none the less if you have them- get them checked out! I shouldn't have posted until I got my information straight- sorry Ellen - helen_1947_slaughter Sunday, November 19, 2006 11:37 PM Re: Vaginal warts Ellen: Oh my goodness - how things get twisted.
