Guest guest
Hello- I have a very painful abscess on my inner thigh. I saw my doctor and he gave me antibiotics. He told me that if it doesn't resolve itself by Thursday (tomorrow) to call him and he will send me to a surgeon to lance it. I really want to avoid that. I am taking the antibiotics and putting hot compresses on it 3 or 4 times a day. But, it doesn't seem to be getting better. Anyone know of anything else I can do to help heal this and avoid the surgeon??? Thank you in advance! --JB
Guest guest
get some healing clay at a health food store. Make a paste from the clay and water, put on a gauze bandage and cover the abscess. Clay will draw out infection and cause abscess to drain. Change bandage twice a day until area is healed. - Rev. Guest guest
Take a teaspoon of jaggery and mix with an equal quantity of lime. Put on the abscess. It will go with in 8 hours. P.J. Guest guest
Place tea tree essential oil (not diluted) directly on the abscess. This is a fabulous oil for any skin problem, ezcema, acne, etc. Good luck! Debbie Helbing Celestial Soap Co. http://celestialsoapco.tripod.com > _____ > > > On Behalf Of Rev. Guest guest
Hi Rev Jeff, A natural antibiotic approach with grapefruit seed extract (concentrated) is effective! My chiropractor suggests it to his patients who can't afford antibiotics. 15 drops per 8 oz glass water 3 x day. Can buy the GSE in health food stores! Hope you are doing better soon! Val , " Rev.
