Noni Question

Hello all.

I just started taking noni juice on monday for multiple health

reasons, like auto immune disorders, chronic pain, rhumatiod arthritis

and headaches. I have overlapping disorders so it makes things kind of

confusing....As for the noni juice I am taking as of today 1 oz in the

am on an empty stomach and 1 oz in the afternoon on an empty stomach.

I read someplace to take a loading dose then continue with a

theraputic dose. My question is " how do I take the loading dose?, How

much do I take? "

So far I dont feel all that much different. Actually yesterday was a

pretty bad day for me. Exhaustion is a big big problem as well. I eat

very healthy. Dont smoke, eat as much organic as I can, lot's of fresh

veggies, fruit etc.....

I hope someone can guide me along a path loaded with much less

narcotics and other meds that are being prescribed to me.

Thanks!

Luci

My wife, son and myself are Tahitian Noni distributors

and started taking Noni for about 3 months. We take 3

ounces in the morning and allow about 10 minutes and

drink our coffee and breakfast. As far as the loading

dose is concerned: you can start by drinking more then

3 ozs in the morning and the same in the afternoon.

Its a supplement and no amount is harmful to your

health. Some persons drink it like juice in a tall

glass. I don't, its expensive for me to do that.

Everyone's needs are different and some react

differently then others. It will take time and several

bottles of the supplement before you can see results.

I am not a doctor(but play one on tv) just joking, but

don't stop taking your meds, with the noni you may see

gradual results, noni does not harm you, it can only

benefit you. Hope your condition improves soon.

Thanks. AL.

THanks AL. I usually have my coffee about 20 inutes later too. I did

notice tho that sometimes I just completly have no appitite after

taking my Noni juice and it can be several hours later before I get

hungry enough to eat.

I will try to commit to my new regiment for at least 6 months to see

how I feel. I see my rhumatologist in about 2 weeks and will advise

her that I'm taking it. Thanks for your input.
