over weight

hi I exam every way to reduce my weight.ofcourse I sucsses to loose

11kg.but have a new regim & exercise too hard is boring & give me

time.I don`t like too use special tablets or....so give me suggestion

Try homeopathy Phytolacca mother tincture. Take about 20 drops in plain

water before meals twice a day for a month and see the result.

---calorie controlled diet 1500-1600 per day

and some 1-2 mile walking or some exercise you do enjoy

plenty of protein

eat early in the day never late

grape juice when feeling need for sweetness

best to study nutrition too

Calotropis mother tincture also work in few.

Obesity

 

Boil a cup full of water. After it becomes lukewarm then mix it with lemon juice

squeezed from a fresh half lemon and two spoons of pure honey. This should be

taken every morning on empty stomach for about 2/3 months. This not only " melts "

the body fat but also is a natural cure for many of the stomach ailments.

 

Note: - While this combination of lemon juice and honey mixed with lukewarm

water is a sure remedy for reducing fat,

 

Only lemon juice actually increases fat.

 

 

 

 

 

Special for excessively fat people

 

Take only one sumptuous meal (lunch time only) a day. The meal should contain

green vegetables. Do not drink water during or immediately after the lunch.

Water should be taken after about one hour of the meal. Tea, Coffee and sweets

should be avoided.

 

 

 

Some people like me cannot do without water after the meals. In this case it is

suggested that only HOT water should be sipped. Sipping HOT water after meals

reduces fat and is also helpful in cure of gas, constipation, worms, swelling of

the intestines and regulation of monthly periods of women.

 

 

 

Note: - Thread- Mill walking/ Normal jogging [outside] for 30-40 mins in two

sets i.e. - 15/20 mins [each set] and having a drink soon after the exercise

 

of warm water, 1tsp honey and some lemon drops will give you the

wonderful results within a week or ten days [improvement] and even you'll

 

feel fresh and energetic.

 

Those who likes sweets too much should replace it with DATES, which

not only give you a lot help but improve your life a lot too by giving a

 

healthy and good health energy to live a better.

Dear Subhan,

Can a diabetic take honey for obesity purpose. Two spoons; is it teaspoon or

hi thanx for your suggestion but I try it too.I am a medical student &

I know aboat coleria.I walk 3 mile a day.my hight is 165cm and my

weight is 78kg my wrist is 16/8 cm.I like to loose 10 kg.
