Guest guest
Does anyone have any good recipes for all natural (with fruits, EO's, etc...) Facials? What is the best all natural ingredients in making your skin look young and beautiful, anti wrinkle and pulling off dead skin cells? Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Hi Floyd, You may not believe this, but you would be surprise the many benefits of taking old fashion sea salt bath has on your skin. After reading Andrew's post on the different sea salts and benefits, I am now a big believer of sea salt. Me and 2 of my friends have been taking nightly sea salt baths for a little under a month now. One of the things we have experimented is making like a paste of really fine sea salt and placing it over the areas of our bodies that are not submerged in water including our face. Not only have wrinkles seem to fade, but dark circles under the eyes, bags under the eyes, dark spots on our faces faded away, even adult acne problems clearing up! We all notice that we don't need as much body lotion on our skin as well. It even has helped my calluses on my heals and the dry skin I had there. I have put sea salt up there with using peroxide....something so inexpensive but with so many wonderful healing properties it has, is incredible. Give it a try...we did all the fruit and creams but to much time and mess for our taste. I will say the first couple of times it did sting like heck but I am assuming that is because of toxins built up within my face all these years. Now it very soothing . Just be careful around your eye area. Give it a try for 30 days. Guest guest
It may sound very basic, but ground oats mixed with a little water is wonderful for the skin - I add bentonite clay, but if you don't have any, the oats & water is still great! Guest guest
Hi Des, Meli again...in your sea-salt bath, what quantities are you using, do you also throw epsom salts or baking soda into the mix? How much sea-salt do you use in your facial paste? I.E., x parts of sea-salt, and whatever else, to x parts of water? Thanx! , " des_reiki_3 " <des-reiki-3 wrote: > > > Hi Floyd, > > > > You may not believe this, but you would be surprise the many benefits of > taking old fashion sea salt bath has on your skin.
