I'm wondering if the wording of " dosage ON black pepper " should read " dosage OF black pepper " can be tripled and used. Also, is cayenne pepper in place of nitroglycerin??? Anxious for your reply. ==============================================

Cayenne is helpful for restoring proper circulatory capabilities. I would have to know more about specific symptoms to be able to respond more in depth to your question. There are several herbs and supplements which help to restore heart function. If you can find a good sublingual coq10, maximum dosages taken throughout the day will help to counteract arrythmias, racing heartbeats, and will over time restore the heart back to normal again. I was a basket case, couldn't handle anything for a long period of time without irregular heartbeats, heart-racing, anything and everything that could go wrong with my heart seemed to. Then I discovered coq10! I really think coq10 is good for long term, but as I say it has to be a good brand and sublingual is the best. The brands you get on pharmacy shelves are a waste of money. Health food store brands are usually the best. Mine was from GNC, however I'm not sure they carry it there anymore. Go figure, when something works, take it off the shelves. I'm sure you will be able to find it somewhere. I then took enzymatic therapy brands for along period of time. They are the best in my opinion, and with a moneyback guarantee! www.enzy.com I am not really keen on substituting herbs for drugs. This is not the way herbs work. The cayenne helps with blockages, period! That is why Dr. Christopher recommends it so highly! You must get a good natural cayenne from the health food stores to be effective! Dont expect the same results from all the irradiated supermarket brands. This is not what Dr. Christopher was talking about. You must get a good brand. Hot peppers in chili are super effective for this, if he can tolerate them. Otherwise I would advise diluting it a little more than he advised and taking it more often for the same effects. It may burn the mouth, if not followed by plenty of liquids. If theres a herb that I would advise taking at this time it would be MAGNESIUM!! Magnesium has brought me out of many 'heart spells'! You can take up to 1,200 mgs daily in divided dosages. A good brand such as NOW brand with chelated magnesium in all three of the specific forms is most effective! I used oxide initially, because I heard that it was the most efective for helping more oxygen reach the brain! I would not give him any calcium right now unless hes deficiient or has high blood pressure! Too calcium (both supplemental and Dairy) is usually the source of the problem! I really believe that most of my arterial deposits were in the form of calcium because my diet was HIGH in DAIRY right before all my heart problems started! It is wise to cut it out whenever these symptoms occur, just to be SAFE! I substituted organic soymilk for Dairy milk. If there is an abundance of calcium it usually causes hypercalcemia and inadvertently usually ends up in the arteries. Women typically have calcium deposits, and men typically end up with iron deposits. There are supplements more effective for both. I would have to know which you are dealing with to be able to make any more recommendations regarding this. Vitamin E is a good supplement to strengthen the heart as well 400 mgs is a good dose to start. Any more it taken, really depends nds on whether high blood pressure is involved or not. Also, if a diuretic is used, zinc and selenium should be supplemented along with large doses of niacin. God Bless, JoAnn
Guest guest
Hi, JoAnn. I hope I am not repeating myself here regarding the wife of a friend and her experience with magnesium and racing heart episodes. Her racing heart spells were so bad that she had to be taken to the hospital, and it took her days to weeks to recover fully from them! She had nine of them over a several year period, and then one day, a medical worker of some kind told the husband, " I'm not supposed to tell you this, but all she really needs is magnesium. Go to the pharmacy and buy a bottle of magnesium citrate for $1.99. Have her take a tablespoonful before going to bed each night, and if she feels as if a spell is coming on, she should swallow a mouthful. " They did what he said, and...presto-chango, no more racing heart, no more trips to the emergency room, no more big fat hospital bills! This is absolutely true. I am in constant touch with those friends. That is all it took---a $1.99 bottle of magnesium citrate! My wife and I have no heart problems, but we are also going to start taking a tablespoonful of magnesium citrate before bed. It will even help us sleep better! Blessed wishes, Elliot
