Guest guest
I had tendonitis for a whole year using hospital physical therapy and allopathic doctors. I switched to Sport oriented physical therapy and got the pain to stop in a few minutes (even slight movement caused pain) I could not lift 2 oz of weight with out pain. He gave me instructions how to turn the pain off (in a few MINUTES), and exercises to increase weight lifting. IN a few weeks I was back to normal. I would now add homeopathic remedies to help with the pain and healing of tendons (Like arnica and Ruta) but contact me for my homeopaths name that could be even more helpful if the above does not work for you. Louise Crystal [motley1] Saturday, March 27, 2004 12:52 AM Tendinitis Hi, my name is Crystal, and I am 17 years old. I've had tendinitis in my left wrist since September 11, 2003 and tendinitis in my right wrist since mid-February 2004. I've been to three doctors, taken anti-inflammatories (in October and again from January until early February), worn a splint on my left wrist, and I went to physical therapy. However, none of that has helped me, and my doctors don't know what to do now. Everyone is perplexed as to why my wrists haven't healed yet; I've been told by numerous people that they have never known anyone that has had tendinitis as long as I have. I am in pain everyday of my life, and I just want my suffering to end. If anyone has any information about alternative methods of healing my tendinitis, please let me know.
