Guest guest
Hi Julie! Photo-oxidation may be helpful for you. This is also known as ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy. You should be able to find info on the web. The procedure is simple: 5% of blood is withdrawn via a needle in a vein, it passes by a double U.V. lamp, goes back into the vein. Another pass is made, and it's done. It takes about 8 minutes. This procedure is old, predating antibiotics, and was used for sepsis and other infections. We have had a study here with HIV patients, and it appears useful, but the study was too small for good statistics. It showed potential and merits a larger, funded study. You may find several treatments are needed for your condition. Treatment can be expensive (there's a couple nearby doctors charging $140.00/treatment), but I know one who doesn't charge at all. There's a group who are self-treating for hepatitis C, also. I've encountered a laser photo-oxidation system on the web, which treats right in the vein (no blood withdrawl). This is Russian, and they excell in the field of laser and light based treatments. Good luck with your health problem. Does anyone know a non-allopathic treatment for this? Julie -- Health * Peace * Love * 4Ever
